 +1. Open cmd.exe\\
 +2. Start diskpart\\
 +3. To check the policy status:\\
 +
 +  DISKPART> san
 +  
 +  SAN Policy  : Offline Shared
 +
 +4. If it is Offline Shared, type:
 +
 +  DISKPART> san policy=onlineall
 +  
 +  DiskPart successfully changed the SAN policy for the current operating system.
 +
 +5. To see which disk is offline, type:
 +  DISKPART> list disk
 +  
 +  Disk ###  Status         Size     Free     Dyn  Gpt
 +  --------  -------------  -------  -------  ---  ---
 +  Disk 0    Online           50 GB      0 B
 +  Disk 1    Online          350 GB  1024 KB
 +  Disk 2    Online          500 GB  1024 KB
 +  Disk 3    Offline         150 GB   150 GB
 +  Disk 4    Offline         150 GB   150 GB

 +6. Select disk and clear attributes:

 +  DISKPART> select disk 3
 +  
 +  Disk 3 is now the selected disk.

 +  DISKPART> attributes disk clear readonly
 +  
 +  Disk attributes cleared successfully.

 +7. Check attributes:
 +
 +  DISKPART> attributes disk
 +  Current Read-only State : No
 +  Read-only  : No
 +  Boot Disk  : No
 +  Pagefile Disk  : No
 +  Hibernation File Disk  : No
 +  Crashdump Disk  : No
 +  Clustered Disk  : No
 +
 +8. Put the disk online:
 +  DISKPART> online  disk
 +  
 +  DiskPart successfully onlined the selected disk.

 +9. Check it again:
 +
 +  DISKPART> san
 +  
 +  SAN Policy  : Online All
